Oliver previously held various management and leadership positions - in staff and line-up - in public administration (ministerial administration, management academy BW), companies (Mercedes Benz) and science management (founding director of the European Center for Research on Federalism, Tübingen and Brussels).
He is a trained systemic consultant (ISB, Wiesloch, and Trebesch & Ass., Berlin) and has many years of experience in both strategy consulting and process control.
General studies at the Leibniz College in Tübingen. Studied history, law and political science at the Universities of Tübingen and Durham, UK (University College), with a focus on European integration. Teaching assignments (Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen; Hertie School of Governance, Berlin) in the areas of strategy, leadership and administrative modernization. Memberships: Founder and spokesman of the Strategic Network SCHACH !, Member of the Strategic Management Society (SMS) and the Working Group of Evangelical Entrepreneurs (AEU ).
